  • Oysters shucked on site provided by Ron ZacapaSustainable Seafood Week NYC and Village Fishmonger, fresh local oysters from Fishers Island and Atlantic Capes oyster farms 

And it all takes place in the Bowery Hotel's stunning 2nd floor event space.
